Yes. I provide specialized therapy for adolescents, with a focus on helping teens navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum-related concerns, emotional regulation, identity development, family stress, peer relationships, and life transitions.
My work with adolescents is collaborative and developmentally appropriate, balancing a supportive therapeutic relationship with practical skill-building. When helpful, I also involve parents or caregivers to support communication, stability, and progress at home.
I primarily work with adolescents and adults. For younger children or concerns requiring a different specialty, I can provide referrals to trusted clinicians.
